Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
• Current BCLS certification or must obtain within one month of hire
• Licensed and currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut; clinical specialty certification encouraged

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care and establish a therapeutic relationship with patients and families
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team to achieve quality outcomes
• Adhere to ANA Standards of Practice and Professional Performance; demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and ethical practice
