Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN license with ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 5 years' acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice.

• Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities to promote safety and quality outcomes.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor, support professional development, and uphold clinical competencies and standards.
