Job summary

UCHealth is seeking an experienced registered nurse for perioperative roles at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, CO. This full-time on-site position offers a days shift schedule and a pay range of $38.91–$60.31 per hour, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities include direct patient care in perioperative, PACU, or operating room settings, with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program (if <3 years experience).
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months RN experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship program.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross with card valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care using the nursing process in perioperative, PACU or operating room settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
• Model proficiency by precepting staff new to UCHealth.
• Maintain safety and quality in patient care at the point of service.
