Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health seeks an experienced perioperative RN for the PACU/OR setting in Aurora, Colorado. This onsite role operates with a PRN schedule and day shifts, offering compensation reflective of experience.

Minimum requirements include RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 3 months of hire. A BSN is preferred and 6 months RN experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion is expected.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• 6 months RN experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship.
• PALS within 3 months of hire or transfer.
• ACLS certification.
• BLS certification must be valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Direct care in Perioperative, PACU or Operating Room settings.
• Utilize AORN/ABPANC standards within evidence-based care models.
• Clinical Educators support individualized specialty education and competency validation during orientation.
