Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for surgery: assess needs, record vitals, and start IVs/pre-op meds.
• Monitor post-anesthesia recovery: observe, record vitals, assess consciousness and comfort.
• Administer medications and dress wounds; provide post-op care and pain management.
• Coordinate patient care with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other staff; handovers.
• Educate patients and families with pre- and post-operative care instructions.
