Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital in Great Falls, MT seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Pre-Op/PACU/Cath Lab positions to deliver skilled, compassionate care before and after surgical and interventional procedures. You will assess and monitor patients and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety throughout the perioperative process.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, active RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 1–2 years of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Minimum 1–2 years of acute care experience in ICU/ED/PACU or CVICU/Telemetry.
• On-call rotations, weekends and/or holidays based on facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients before and after surgical, procedural, and interventional cases.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and close patient monitoring.
• Administer medications, infusions, and blood products per orders and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with surgeons, interventionalists, anesthesiologists, and families to ensure patient safety from admission to discharge.
