UCHealth is seeking an experienced registered nurse for full-time Perioperative care in Colorado Springs. The role involves direct patient care in PACU/operating room settings, applying nursing processes and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include RN licensure, BLS certification, and 6 months of RN experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship. ACLS and PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire; shift is days with weekend rotation.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• State RN licensure required.
• 6 months RN experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion.
• ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification current through start date and remaining validity.

Responsabilidades

• Direct patient care in Perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room settings.
• Utilize nursing process to deliver care.
• Precept and mentor new staff or students as needed.
• Support evidence-based practice and safety at the point of care.

Conocimientos

RN license

BLS certified

ACLS/PALS within 6 months

Educación
