Incredible Health is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) in Palm Bay, FL. Roles include day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time and per diem options. Requires ADN or higher in nursing and an active RN license; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• 1+ years of OR/surgical experience preferred.
• ACLS/PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, patients and families.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care to surgical patients before, during and after surgery per AORN standards.
• Maintain aseptic and safe environment in the operating room.
• Assist in intra-operative nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about the procedure and postoperative care.
