Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.
• Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Practitioner as applicable in the work state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care throughout the surgical process.
• Prepare the OR and complete patient assessments.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and document care.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia; advocate for patients from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
