Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license and CPR required. ACLS and PALS are required within 90 days of date of hire or transfer.
• Experience in operating room preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room and equipment for procedures.
• Assist surgical team by passing instruments and supplies.
• Monitor patient vitals and anesthesia during surgery.
• Support postoperative recovery and patient education.
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Document care and procedures in patient records.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff for safe patient care.
• Assist in transfer to recovery area and post-operative cleanup.
