Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure and Certifications: Arkansas RN license & CPR; ACLS and PALS required within 90 days; TNCC required within 1 year.
• Experience: This position is available to experienced nurses.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive and accurate patient assessments using evidence-based tools.
• Provide nursing care according to plan and perform clinical skills safely.
• Identify changes in patient condition and report to providers.
• Monitor patient care and progress.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient medical records.
• Float among various clinical services as needed.
• Evaluate patient progress toward outcomes with the care team.
