Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care across multiple patient needs. The role emphasizes coordination, documentation, and adherence to professional standards within the care team.

The RN will collaborate with physicians and staff, ensure discharge planning, and participate in quality improvement activities while maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice (or compact licensure).
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification required within 90 days if ASC pediatrics.
• Minimum one year licensed RN experience in OR or other procedural areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, and developmental domains.
• Formulate and revise an individualized plan of care with discharge planning.
• Implement and coordinate the plan of care and supervise the health care team.
• Document care and patient responses accurately in records.
• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
