Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners, operating Banner Surgery Center – Chandler, seeks a dedicated RN to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within a perioperative setting. The role emphasizes timely, high-quality nursing care in a friendly, efficient environment.

You will collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safety, discharge planning, and evidence-based practices, while maintaining patient‑centered care and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing (or higher).
• Current RN license in state of practice (or compact).
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 90 days if pediatrics.
• FT/PT core requirement: licensed RN with OR experience or in periop101 program with completion within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and discharge planning.
• Formulate and implement a care plan, including discharge planning and goals.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the health care team.
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records.
• Promote quality care and participate in ongoing education and leadership within the department.
