Qualifications

• PALS certification within 90 days if assigned pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care.
• Implement and coordinate plan of care with the care team.
• Document care and communicate status to physicians.
• Promote quality patient outcomes and safety.
• Provide mentorship and support to staff when needed.
