Hialeah Hospital in Florida seeks a professional perioperative nurse to provide skilled care across pediatric (>2 years), adolescent, adult and geriatric patients undergoing surgery. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to ensure patient safety and comfort.

The role requires graduation from an approved nursing program and an active Florida RN license.

Formación

• Graduate from an approved nursing educational program as defined by the NCSBN.
• One-year Perioperative experience, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and technical perioperative nursing care across pediatric (>2 years), adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during surgical procedures.
• Take emergency call as assigned by the department head.
• Work assigned shifts and be available beyond regular tour of duty as needed.
