Job summary

Prime Healthcare Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL, is seeking a Staff RN for the OR. This full‑time, days shift position includes on‑call requirements and a sign‑on bonus up to $10,000.

The RN will deliver perioperative patient care, coordinate with surgeons and anesthesiologists, and lead OR staff to maintain high standards of care and efficient patient flow. An active RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required, with CNOR and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Current PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of one year perioperative experience or on‑the‑job training.
• CNOR Certification (AORN) preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of direct and indirect patient care in the peri‑operative setting.
• Coordinate care with surgeon and anesthesiologist.
• Direct and guide OR technicians and other personnel.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities and unit meetings.
