CommonSpirit Health in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across the patient care continuum. You'll perform assessments, participate in care planning, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas.
• At least 1 year of RN experience is preferred at hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) within 14 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient condition and needs.
• Planning: design and document plan of care and education for patient and family.
• Implementation: prepare patients for procedures and communicate changes to the team.
• Evaluation: reassess and modify care plans as patient needs evolve.
• Report Skills: provide accurate bedside reports for continuity of care.
• Environment & Patient Safety: maintain safe, clean patient care areas and equipment.
