Job summary

SCA Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room in Georgia. You will promote our mission, assess patient status, and develop perioperative care plans within a multidisciplinary team.

Required are an accredited nursing degree, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS (PALS if pediatric care is included). Prior OR or medical/surgical experience is preferred. Join a team committed to patient-centered care and excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of OR and/or medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state nursing licensure in good standing.
• BLS within 90 days of employment or current certification.
• ACLS within 90 days of employment or current certification.
• PALS if pediatric care is included within 90 days of employment or current PALS certification.
• Perioperative nursing certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA.
• Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perioperative patient plan of care.
• Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.
