Qualifications

• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• Preferred - PALS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• CNOR Preferred
• 2 years of OR experience

Responsibilities

• Provides patient-centered care for an assigned group of patients.
• Plans, directs, and evaluates nursing care.
• Conducts initial and ongoing assessments to develop individualized care plans.
• Documents accurately and ensures adequate supplies and equipment.
• Acts as an educator to peers, patients, and families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
