Mass General Hospital is seeking a Registered Staff Nurse to join the Center for Perioperative Care. The role offers 40 hours per week across 4-10 hour shifts with day/evening rotation and no weekend commitments. Primary hours typically 5:30am-9:30pm.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years RN experience including 1 year in Acute Surgical Care, with preferred exposure to Surgery, Med/Surg, PACU, or ICU. Responsibilities include prep for surgery, PPE evaluation, and Phase I/II recovery care for

Qualifications

• RN requires state license and nursing degree.
• 0–1 year clinical nursing experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, experience may substitute in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for surgery and provides Phase I/II recovery care.
• Rotates through Pre-Procedure Evaluation (PPE) Program for diverse ages.
• Deliver care to adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients ≥16 years.
