Job summary

Natick Surgery Center, LLC is hiring a Nurse to deliver general nursing care and leadership while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary caregivers.

The role requires strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and compassion. Full-time and per diem opportunities exist, with a pay range of $48–$66 per hour plus benefits.

Current American Heart Association certifications and a registered nursing license in Massachusetts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in Ambulatory Surgery or OR nursing.
• BLS certification from AHA or equivalent required.
• ACLS certification required within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive professional nursing care to patients.
• Promote teamwork by assisting with precepting of new caregivers.
• Delegate patient care activities to support personnel.
