Job summary

Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks a Peri anesthesia Registered Nurse to provide safe patient care before and after operative procedures. You will guide care for peri anesthesia patients, assess, plan, implement and evaluate during perioperative phases, and supervise supportive staff.

Schedule includes 2-8 hour shifts and 2-10 hour shifts with weeknights, weekends and holiday on-call in rotation. On-call duties and collaboration with the team are essential expectations.

• Administers nursing care within the scope of hospital policies and procedures.
• Follows ASPAN peri anesthesia guidelines.

• Provides courteous, professional interactions with patients, families and staff.
• Assists teammates to meet Perioperative Services needs and patient flow.
• Acts as an advocate for patients and families.
