• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing interventions and patient goals.
• Delivers patient care per standards, protocols, and policies.
• Provides patient/family teaching and discharge planning support.
• Documents data and responses; communicates with care team for continuity.
• Maintains perioperative care and anesthesia support as listed.
