Job summary

Beverly Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in the PACU to support perioperative care for patients before and after surgery. The role requires adherence to hospital policies, state regulations, and ASPAN guidelines, with on-call responsibilities during weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

A BSN is preferred and MA RN licensure with BCLS/ACLS/PALS is required. The position is full-time, 34 hours per week, with rotating shifts in a busy surgical department.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with team members during perioperative care.
• Ability to move patients and equipment safely.
• Strong understanding of peri-anesthesia nursing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers nursing care within hospital policy and ANA standards.
• Is on-call for specified nights, weekends and holidays.
• Collaborates with the team to ensure patient flow and safety.
• Advocates for patients and protects their rights and confidentiality.
