Houston Methodist is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse II to deliver professional nursing care across a diverse patient population. The RN II will perform assessments, assist with exams and treatments, educate patients, and maintain medical records, while collaborating with physicians and the health care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Formación

• 12 months RN experience in a healthcare environment.
• Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body for the required credential(s).
• RN - Texas State Licensure with PSV Compact; must obtain permanent Texas license within 60 days (if establishing residency).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care and assessments; assist with exams and treatment; maintain medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional health care team to deliver high-quality care.
• Lead unit initiatives or serve as charge nurse/preceptor to students or new staff.
• Contribute to service line or hospital-wide improvement initiatives.
