Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Perioperative Registered Nurse for full-time hours, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with call requirements (nights and weekends included).

You will provide direct patient care across pediatric, adult and geriatric populations during the perioperative period, advocate for patients, assess the surgical environment for safety, and collaborate with the team to ensure safe and timely procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved school of nursing required. BSN preferred.
• IL RN License; CPR BLS issued by American Heart Association.
• 2 yrs RN perioperative experience preferred; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across pediatric, adult and geriatric populations during the perioperative period.
• Act as patient advocate and assess the surgical environment for safety concerns.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to facilitate procedures and orient new staff.
