Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nursing.
• Dedication to acquire BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Registered Nurse license in State of Ohio.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with ANA and Ohio Board of Nursing standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address patient and family needs.
• Deliver care with a patient- and family-centered approach within a dynamic hospital environment.
• Adapt to census changes and act as a change agent to improve care delivery.
