Responsibilities

• Administers nursing care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation with physician collaboration.
• Delivers care per physician orders, unit protocols and standards.
• Communicates effectively with staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Participates in ongoing clinical education and professional development.
• Maintains patient autonomy, dignity and rights in care delivery.
