Job summary

• Current state RN license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process to achieve outcomes.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge patients per policy.
• Complete ongoing patient assessments and documentation.
• Develop and evaluate patient plans of care with goals and interventions.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to educate patients/families.
• Demonstrate evidence-based practice and seek improvements.
