Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years direct patient care nursing experience.
• Perioperative experience required.
• RN licensure and BLS certifications required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice and individualized care.
• Provides patient-centered care reflecting diverse populations and cultural differences.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Participates in governance, performance improvement, and staff mentorship.
