Required is a nursing diploma with RN licensure; a BSN is preferred. Candidates should have strong collaboration, communication, and clinical competencies, with call responsibilities and a day shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Coordinate care through interdisciplinary rounds and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and uphold safety, ethics and professional standards.
