Job summary

BASC Bridgewater Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator to oversee clinical care delivery and nursing departments. You will plan, coordinate and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to care standards and policies.

Responsibilities include directing patient care in the OR, Pre-Op/PACU, and supporting quality improvement, risk management and ongoing staff education. NJ RN license required with preferred OR supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Currently licensed in New Jersey.
• Three years' OR experience and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing departments to ensure standard of care.
• Plans staffing, scheduling, and audits in collaboration with leadership.
• Directs patient care activities as needed in OR, Pre-Op/PACU.
• Participates in quality improvement, risk management and education.
• Maintains professional conduct and supports center operations.
