Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois or Michigan.
• BLS certification required prior to start date.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and care coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
• Assess patient symptoms and provide psychological support to patients, families, and friends.
• Mentor assigned team members and promote evidence-based best practices.
• Maintain professional disposition and documentation in accordance with policy.
