Job summary

Dartmouth Health’s Periop 101 program trains registered nurses in the operating room through a 9-month combined online didactic learning, labs, and hands-on rotation across General, GYN, Orthopedics, Vascular, Neuro and Pain services.

Start date is 1/4/2027. Accepted applicants are paid during the program with full benefits; after completion, nurses will rotate and work full-time in the OR with a two-year commitment. Licensing, BLS/ACLS required on hire, NH RN licensure required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program is required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Licensed RN in New Hampshire required.
• BLS and ACLS required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Act as the RN circulator in the OR and support circulating duties.
• Be flexible and circulate in all specialties after program completion.
• Maintain safety and adherence to OR protocols during shifts and call hours.
