Job summary

North Country Healthcare is seeking a Perioperative Registered Nurse (OR Circulator & PACU) for a full-time, on-site role in New Hampshire. The nurse will coordinate intraoperative and postoperative care, ensuring safe, evidence-based nursing throughout the surgical continuum and collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the care team.

The position requires ADN with BSN preferred, BLS & ACLS, and at least 1 year of PACU/OR/ICU/ER experience; new grads enrolled in perioperative

Qualifications

• RN license — current, active in state of practice.
• ADN required with BSN preferred.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred.
• CNOR/CPAN/CAPA acceptable but not required.
• 1 year PACU/OR/ICU/ER nursing experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient advocate during intraoperative care.
• Perform and document preoperative verification and time-out.
• Maintain sterile technique and aseptic practice.
• Coordinate intraoperative supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams for safety.
