North Country Healthcare is seeking a Perioperative Registered Nurse (OR Circulator & PACU) for a full-time, on-site role in New Hampshire. The nurse will coordinate intraoperative and postoperative care, ensuring safe, evidence-based nursing throughout the surgical continuum and collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the care team.
The position requires ADN with BSN preferred, BLS & ACLS, and at least 1 year of PACU/OR/ICU/ER experience; new grads enrolled in perioperative
This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $7,500.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.
Position Title: Perioperative Registered Nurse (OR Circulator & PACU Nurse)
The Perioperative Registered Nurse functions in both the intraoperative (Circulator) and postoperative (PACU) phases of surgical care. This dual-role nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering safe, high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. The role requires flexibility, critical thinking, and collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes throughout the surgical continuum.
