Job summary

Coshocton Regional Medical Center is seeking a Surgery Circulator Registered Nurse to join our OR team. The role focuses on delivering direct and indirect perioperative patient care, coordinating with surgeons and anesthesiologists, and guiding OR staff to maintain high standards of patient safety.

Ideal candidates hold an Ohio RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; a BSN is preferred and CNOR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Current PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of one year previous Perioperative experience or on the job training.
• Certified Nurse OR (CNOR) Certification (AORN) preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of direct and indirect patient care in the peri-operative setting through the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with the surgeon and anesthesiologist.
• Direct and guide the OR Technician and other personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a continuum of care and efficient patient flow.
