Hartford Hospital is seeking a skilled Preoperative Nurse to join our surgical services team in Hartford, CT. Under the Nurse Manager, you will apply evidence-based practices to plan perioperative care, assess patient needs, and educate patients and families.

Responsibilities include preanesthesia assessment, education, coordination with the perioperative team, and discharge planning. CT RN license, BSN preferred, BLS/ACLS required; 1 year surgical experience desired.

Qualifikationen

• Current Connecticut RN license is required.
• BSN degree preferred; ACLS/BLS certification required prior to hire.
• Experience in perioperative or surgical services is desirable.
