Vetted Solutions is seeking an RN to join the perioperative team in a high-quality operating room setting. The nurse will apply evidence-based practices, conduct patient-centered care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires a BSN or Diploma in Nursing, an active RN license, and at least five years of direct patient care experience with critical care certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS). Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform the Nursing Process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—tailored to patient needs and cultural diversity.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care, promoting teamwork, respectful communication, and clinical standards.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, research activities, and shared governance to enhance patient outcomes.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering professional development and a healthy work environment.
• Uphold organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including safety goals.
• Participate in protocol development, data collection, and resource management to optimize care delivery.
