Job summary

Advocate Condell Medical Center is seeking a Perioperative Clinical Technician to support the nursing team in the operating room. You will assist with room preparation, case carts, and supply management while coordinating with licensed RNs and other staff.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and CPR certification, with OR or healthcare experience preferred. The position includes a 40-hour week and rotating call on weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 12 months of OR or healthcare/clinical experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of operating rooms and case carts.
• Ensure OR is stocked and supplied for patient and staff needs.
• Support nursing staff with clinical tasks as directed by RN.
• Work under supervision of RN and adhere to policy and procedure.
