You will assist in admission, transfer, and discharge procedures, prepare beds for admissions and transfers, and help with patient positioning under supervision of RN/MD.

The role requires infection control awareness, PPE use, and prompt response to patient needs while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of good body mechanics.
• Ability to work cooperatively with a wide variety of team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
• Prepare beds for receiving admissions, returning surgical patients, transfers or emergencies.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety guidelines; respond to questions promptly.
• Assist with positioning and transfer of patients in the OR under direction of RN/MD.
