The Springfield Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ASC OR to provide professional nursing care to surgical and endoscopic patients using the nursing process.

You will participate in cross-functional OR team activities, maintain sterile technique, document intraoperative care, and ensure patient safety from admission to recovery. Illinois RN license, CPR, ACLS are required within specified timelines.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing with Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR and ACLS certification required within specified timelines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience preferred in perioperative settings.

Responsabilidades

• Circulating and assisting in the OR with patient safety and comfort.
• Scrub responsibilities: prepare instruments and maintain sterile field.
• Maintain neat, orderly facility and restock supplies daily.
• Check crash cart, defibrillator, and medications daily.
• Comply with incident reporting, OSHA, and HIPAA policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork with the OR staff.
