• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily activities of a designated clinical function to meet goals and objectives.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures, prepares and monitors the budget, and manages staff.
• May serve as the Director in their absence.
• Accounts for overall management of activities in a Care Center to ensure quality, compassionate patient care in compliance with standards.
• Collaborates with Clinical DON and Nursing Executive Council to plan and evaluate the scope of practice and patient outcomes.
