Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure for the state of AR.
• OR experience preferred; CPR certified.
• ACLS and CNOR certifications recommended.
• Strong communication skills with peers, patients, physicians and management.
• Safety sensitive position policies in effect.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessment to identify individual needs and problems.
• Supervise and direct patient care and personnel, assist anesthesia as needed.
• Ensure proper techniques and standards of care are maintained.
• Participate in OR call schedule as needed.
• Ability to work irregular hours and stand for long periods; may lift up to 30 lbs.
