Qualifications

• Exposure to perioperative nursing practice environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• The OR Transition to Practice Program is 12 months long, split into Introduction to Perioperative Nursing (first 3 months) and Clinical Orientation (remaining 9 months).
• Role includes scrub nurse and circulating nurse duties within multiple surgical specialties.
• New graduates will be enrolled in Hartford Healthcare Graduate Nurse Residency to support transition to professional practice.
