The Nurse Manager, Pre-Op & PACU, leads the Pre-Operative and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, ensuring safe, high-quality perioperative care across the continuum. The role provides clinical leadership, supports staff development, ensures regulatory compliance, manages departmental resources, and drives quality and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and five years of progressive nursing experience in perioperative, pre-operative, PACU, critical care, or acute care settings.
• Minimum of two years in leadership, supervisory, charge nurse, or management roles.
• Demonstrated experience in staff management, quality improvement, and operational oversight.
• Preferred Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. RN with ACLS and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Pre-Op and PACU units across the perioperative continuum.
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Support staff development, regulatory compliance, and resource management.
