Responsibilities

• Administers, supervises and coordinates all peri-operative services.
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the surgical services for the organization.
• Displays skills in budgeting, employee supervision, planning and directing work of employees, and addressing complaints and resolving problems within and between departments.
• Evaluates clinical practices to maintain a high standard of care and implements improvements as needed.
