The Surgery Nurse Manager (Perioperative Nurse Manager) leads daily operations of the surgical unit to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. This role oversees nursing practice, staffing, and workflow; supports and mentors perioperative nurses; and helps implement evidence-based standards and quality initiatives. The manager collaborates with physicians and other departments, addresses concerns from patients and families, and supports continuous improvement in surgical services.
