Job summary

Qualifications

• English language proficiency is required for direct patient care.
• Nurse must be a graduate of an approved nursing program and licensed/credentialed.
• Foreign education acceptable with degree equivalency evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Assist NM in planning, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff.
• Coordinate staffing based on acuity, workload, and competency.
• Promote patient safety and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with recruitment, orientation, and staff development.
