Role: Nurse Educator—Surgical Services

Assess learning needs across perioperative teams and develop and deliver evidence-based education for OR, pre-op, and PACU staff. Support onboarding, clinical competency development, and skills lab activities. Collaborate with nursing leadership to implement best practices, improve patient outcomes, and maintain regulatory readiness. Mentor nurses and lead quality and safety initiatives while promoting continuous learning and compassionate, patient-centered care.
